A typical day - before, after, about

D’habitude je me lève avant sept heures du matin, puis je prends le petit déjeuner et je me brosse les dents. Ensuite je m’habille et je pars pour le bus. J’arrive au bureau tous les jours à neuf heures du matin et travaille jusqu’à midi. Puis je vais déjeuner. Je rentre au bureau à une heure de l’après midi et travaille jusqu’à six heures et demie du soir. Parfois je regarde la télévision, et parfois je fais une sieste d’une heure. Après cela, je dîne. D’habitude, je regarde mes e-mails puis je regarde la télévision après le dîner. Je vais au lit après dix heures du soir.
