Tu es petite et vieille (femme).
ou : tu es petit et vieux (homme).

Le garçon est petit et maigre.
*Maigre= thin. As to mince= slim it has rather a positive conotation.
La fille est jeune et petite alors que (however) la femme est grosse et vieille.
Tu est petit et vieux ( masculin)
Tu est petite et vieille (feminin).
