French Writing Exercise
Describing People
Using both a positive and a negative characteristic, describe six different people: a woman, a man, a boy, a girl, you and me. Ex. The man is not rich. He is poor.
L'homme n'est pas riche, il est pauvre. La femme n'est pas grosse,elle est mince. Le garcon n'est pas grand. il est petit. La fille n'est pas vielle, elle est jeune. Tu n'es pas petit, tu es grand. Je ne sius pas vielle, je sius jeune.

Pour une fille on dira: elle est vieille.
Pour un garçon on dira: il est vieux.

In French, the punctuation is very important. Put a period next to the last letter of the sentence, then add a space and start the new sentence with a capital letter. Put a comma by the last letter of a word, then add a space and continue with a small letter.
