"Richtung" Try to pronounce the "i" more clearly, it sounded a little like "e".

"Universität" You pronounced it like "Universtät" try to say it like this "Uni-versi-tät"

"...zentrum" it soundet a little like "...zentram" especially in "Einkaufzentrum"  the pronunciation of a,i,u,e,o in Japanese is very similar to the German pronunciation, so try to say the "u" in "...zentrum" like you would in Japanese.

All in all well done! :)
