Die Frau schiebt oft einen schweren Wagen zur (= zu der: meaning to the) Arbeit. (Or do you mean "... during work = während der Arbeit?)
Der Mann lehnt an der Wand. Das Mädchen schaltet jede Nacht (noun!) die Lampe an, weil sie Angst im Dunkeln hat. (You had the right words, but in a wrong order)
Der Junge spielt jedes Wochende mit seinem Fußball (noun!) im Park.
Du klopst immer zu laut. (Not sure what you mean. Technically, the sentence is right, but the sense ...)
Ich schließe nachts immer die Türen und die Fenster.

Die Frau schiebt oft einen schweren Wagen zu der (or in short: 'zur'; you can also say: ihrer (her)) Arbeit. Der Mann lehnt an der Wand. Das Mädchen schaltet jeden jede Nacht die Lampe auf an, weil sie ist ängstlich ist (or: ..., weil sie Angst vor der Dunkelheit hat). Der Junge spielt jeden Wochende mit seinem Fußball im Park. Du klopst immer zu laut. Ich schließe nachts immer zu nacht die Türen und die Fenster.

ängstlich sein: to be fearful, to be scared
Angst haben: to fear, to frighten, to take fright
no guarantee, that it is all right, i mean, the words are right and normally i would translate it like that. but of course both means the same. :) so that's dispensable.
