Morgans trinke ich nicht Kaffee und esse ich nicht so viel. Manchmal trinke ich Tee und esse einen Kuchen. Ich sehe nicht fern, sondern höre ich Musik, lese ich meine Korrespondenz und informiere mich über das Wetter dieser Tag. Ich habe kein Auto sondern ein Fahrrad, also muß ich nicht Benzin in das Auto füllen.

Gut, some points:
1. A spelling error: morgens
The first sentence is okay, but it would sound more "German" like this:
Morgens trinke ich keinen Kaffee und (ich) esse nicht so viel.
2. Ich sehe nicht fern, sondern (ich) höre Musik, (ich) lese meine Korrespondenz und (ich) informiere mich über das Wetter an diesem Tag.
"sondern" is a strange word, it comes before the sentence starts and is therefore not "position 1" (after which you have the verb), but "position 0"(after which you have the sentence) - and you can leave out the repetition of the "ich" in this case.
3..."Benzin in das Auto füllen" is not wrong, but we would say "tanken".
Gut gemacht, weiter so !!
