... fahre ich mit dem Bus.
... (in mein Land/Heimatland) fahre, fliege ich mit dem Flugzeug und/oder fahre mit dem Zug und mit dem Bus.
Sehr gut!
Well done, good sentences. Let us look at some spelling points: one problem is capital letters in German. Nouns are always spelled with a capital ("big") letter: die Arbeit, die U-Bahn
Word order is another problem for learners. In German you have the verb at the second position in main clauses:
Ich fahre mit dem Zug.
Manchmnal fahre ich auch mit einem Taxi (a great sentence, by the way!!)
You did something very complicated by putting a subordinate clause at the first position:
Wenn ich nach Hause fahre, fahre ich mit dem Zug.
You have put the verb at the end of the sentence that starts with "wenn", which is perfect: "wenn" indicates a subordinate clause, and in subordinate clauses the verb goes to the end. Another work like this is "weil" (because). Or "dass" (so that)
Meaning:
In English you use "go" for any form of moving (go by train/bus/plane...). The German "gehen" only means "walk"/using your feet. So you have to use other verbs like "fahren", "fliegen" or simply "nehmen":
Ich fahre mit dem Taxi/dem Zug / der U-Bahn/dem Bus/ dem Auto/ dem Fahrrad/ dem Schiff.
Ich fliege mit dem Flugzeug/ dem Hubschrauber.
Ich nehme das Taxi/den Bus/das Schiff/das Flugzeug....
You did very well, keep working !!
