Very nice job! You write better Hindi than most people in India can :)

    Some comments:

+ Words like 'shikshika', 'adhikari' etc. are difficult Hindi words, and are on the fringes of becoming archaic. Their place has been taken by their English counterparts - 'teacher', 'officer' etc.. Not only that the urban India speaks a weird mix of Hindi with English, but even in rural areas of northern India (which is the heartland of Hindi) you will hardly find a soul using words line 'shikshika', 'adhikari'. This should however not deter you in learning the language in its purest form :)

+'Ye ladke chaatra nahin hai' -- ladke is plural therefore the auxilary verb should be plural 'hain' and not singular 'hai'. Also I think the noun associates with 'ladke' should be masculine ('chaatr') and not feminine ('chaatra')

    Cheers!
