Describing People
Using both a positive and a negative characteristic, describe six different people: a woman, a man, a boy, a girl, you and me. Ex. The man is not rich. He is poor.
Ik ben geen een vrouw, ik ben een man. Ik ben niet arm, ik ben rijk. Zij is niet enn jongen, zij is een meisje. Het jongen is niet oud, hij is jong. Hij is niet arm, hij is rijk.

See Robert's corrections. Here are some explanations.
Niet een (not a)= geen, so you can have another een with this either.
De jongen--> because it is a male noun. All male and female nouns/ words take the article 'de' and only the neutral nouns take 'het'.
