    Hello Nancy.  Very good.  Here are some corrections in red.

    I studied at Yunnan University. I graduated in 1998 and the subjects that I liked were Chinese and English.(This is correct but sounds strange to a native English speaker)

    I studied at Yunnan University. I'm graduated in 1998, and the subjects that I liked were Chinese and English.

    I used a comma after 1998 and before the conjunction and.  Without this you have a run-on sentence, which is two complete clauses/sentences connected by a comma.  You cannot join two sentences like this. You need to use a conjunction or make them separate.
