Well done! You seem far too advanced for a simple exercise like this one.

    No problems here.

You were supposed to use the sample question only as a "writing model" to create your own new original note, based on your thinking in English.

The purpose of writing this particular note is to ask a colleague to meet with you before going into the office. The purpose of the meeting sounds like you are going, or need to discuss something involving work. So here's a few examples.

    Hi Hamid,

Before work tomorrow, let's meet for coffee to discuss ... at say around 8:00, Ok? See you then,

    Livemochist          or

    Hamid,

I think we need to discuss that new project we're working on before the presentation in the morning. Can you meet me for coffee at 8:00 in the shop on the corner at 8:00? Send me an email tonight to confirm. Hope all is well, Livechrist

Get the idea, the purpose of the meeting, which takes place before getting to this office, which suggest the purpose of the meeting is work related.

In the American English we always use the Capital Letters (Upper Case) whenever we write the word:

    OK
