Good job. I think you have a great sense of english.

One this I'd like you to correct is "r" sound. What you want to do is in such words as "wearing" and "dress," practice them this way. Taking dress as an example, it sounded like "dess" instead of "dress."

I want you to read them as slowly as possible. Like, We--a--ring and d---re---ss. The purpose of this drill is to build your tongue muscle. It should be flexible enough to make correct sounds: the only way to get it right is to do the simple drill over and over again. Like 50 times. Or more until you feel comfortable with that.. and until you feel some pains on your tongue. That's the sign that your tongue has built some strength. Along with the drill, you need to read english materials as loudly as possible. For at least 15 minutes, hopefully 30 minutes or an hour. The more frequently you do this, the faster the progress will become.

Generally your pronunciation is ok. You need to watch out for the pronunciation of words that are singular and plural such as Jean and Jeans. It is just like what you read blouse and blouses. The word "young" in the last sentence is not pronounced properly. You need to practise more.
