Describing People and Objects
Describe people and objects, including both singular and plural forms. Use both positive and negative statements. Ex. We are women. We are not men. This is a gold coin. These are not yellow flowers.
I fiori non sono rosso. Sono blu.
I bambini non sono alti(?), sono bassi(?).
Un uomo e un portafoglio.
Una donna e un'automobile.
Queste è una ragazza. Questo è un albero.
Queste non sono monete d'oro.
Gli barsette sono bianci(?).
Noi non siamo uomini, siamo donne.

I fiori non sono rossi. Un uomo e un portafoglio. Una donna e un'automobile. Le ultime due frasi sembrano incomplete. Forse volevi dire: Un uomo ha un portafoglio. Una donna ha un'automobile. ?? If You like better, write it in English and I'll try to give you a more precise answer. Gli borsette sono bianche. I punti interrogativi (?) alla fine di qualche frase hanno qualche significato? Mr. Calvenza, thank you for the feedback! The question marks (?) are where I was not sure if I write it correctly. Also, you are right that "Un uomo e un portafoglio" is not complete. It's just the way the course teaches them. Again, thank you for your help! I appreciate it.
