It is the same mistake, "e" with or without accent. With it means "is" - without it means "and"
La donna è alta e è magra. L'uomo è vecchio e è alto. Il ragazzo è basso (IT'S "BASSO" because "ragazzo" is a male word)è e grasso. La ragazza è giovane è e bassa. Tu sei ricco è e grasso. Sono povero é e alto.
PS: "e" means AND in Italian while "e' " is the third person present of the verb "essere".
