Your pronunciation is very clear, so just intonation is your problem. Mimic Japanese native's speaking. Your speaking '性' sounds さい, but it's せい.

行きます=iki-masu, not yuki-masugreat
There is no mistake in the reading, have read the pinyin sounds like you. Please practice speaking Japanese imitating the intonation whenever the opportunity arises. 45 minutes is usually "droppings on your 45" says that, "After 45 minutes," said the "45 minutes late" is often used when.

Your 女性(josei) and 男性(dansei) are wrong. 45分後 should be read as 45 fungo instead of ato. It's revised? on the new script.
You read only last 行きます as yukimasu. Others were ikimasu, why? Yukimasu is not wrong, but I prefer ikimasu.
