Very good. Let me point out one thing.
>三本はオレンジではありません。紫です。/三本はオレンジではなくて、紫です。
As you know, every sentence in Japanese has its predicate at the tail end, and it is very important for the predicate to indicate whether the sentence is terminated with the predicate or another phrase follows the predicate. That's why every predicate has both the form of termination and the form of connection. If the predicate of a sentence is in the form of termination, the sentence have to be terminated with the predicate. On the other hand, if it is in the form of connection, the sentence can be followed by another phrase. In the case of ありません, it is in the form of termination, so the sentences that have the phrase as their predicate have to be terminated with the phrase, ありません. That's why "ありません、" is wrong because the period indicates that another phrase is following the preceding phrase. It is one of the primary rules in Japanese grammar. Keep it in mind, please.
