I'm not sure on that last sentence, maybe it means nothing at all.

I am trying to use a new construction of phrase called "proposal determinant "in my book of Japanese.
Basic sentence=> 山は遠いです。
Proposal determinant=> 私たちが行く
Final sentence=> 私たちが行く山は遠いです。
That's what I tried to do with this sentence.
Basic sentence=> このお爺さんは誰ですか。
Proposal determinant=> 白いあごひげを生やしている
Final sentence=> 白いあごひげを生やしているこのお爺さんは誰ですか。
You tell me if my proposal is correct. ^_^
I also wanted some clarification and the difference between :
俺 は黒い髪が好きだよ。 And 私は黒い髪が好きです。
The difference between the male speech and female speech is not yet clear to me.

You should not include です/ます(polite) and だ/である(dictionary) form in a paragraph. You should not mix 私 and 俺, either.
2- 彼は茶色い口ひげを生やしています。白いあごひげを生やしていません。 4- 彼は白いあごひげが長いです。短くて茶色くありません。Grammatically correct, but slightly strange. 彼は白くて長いあごひげをしています。短くなく、茶色でもありません。 is more natural. 6- その少年は髪が黒くありません。短くて赤いです。
1- その少女は髪が長くてカールしています。まっすぐではありません。2- その男性 は黒いあごひげを生やしていますが、かれは白い髪です。白髪(しらが) is more commonly used than 白い髪(しろいかみ).4- 私は男で、髪が短くて色は茶色です。赤くありません。流行りで、 女性たちは金髪です。でも、俺は黒い髪が好きだよ。5- 先月、その男性は口ひげを生やしていませんでした。でも本日、彼は華麗な口ひげをはやしています。立派な口ひげ or 見事な口ひげ is commonly used. 華麗な口ひげ is strange...6- 日光の下の君の髪が俺に君の美しさの千の証明を与えます。?? 俺 は黒い髪が好きだよ。 v.s. 私は黒い髪が好きです。
I'm a male, but I seldom use 俺. 私 is polite and commonly used. You must not say 俺 to your boss. It's so rude. ~よ is so casual and you should not use it to your boss. In writing, it's allowed in a diary or mail to your friends.

俺 は黒い髪が好きだよ。 est la langue parlée et 俺 est la langue de masulin.
私は黒い髪が好きです。 est un mot d'usage courant et poli.
基本的な語句。 => 基本問題の解答 (kihon mondai no kaitou=answers for basic questions)
and you shouldn't put 。in this case. 。is used when you write an sentence. in this case, 基本的な語句 is not a sentence but just words. )
語句means word. but what you are doing is not a "word" but making sentence. so 基本問題の解答 is the best.）

(because u said 茶色です。赤くありません。u must keep same saying here. 私は〜です。but not change the way to 俺は〜だ。it is imformal.)

本日 is too much polite here.
and again, the verbs must be uniformed. if you use です／ます／ません／いません／, u should use them till the end.
だ／である／ある／いる／いない／ではない／ are other kind of saying. these have more strong tone.
6- 日光太陽(taiyou)の下の君の髪が 俺 僕（boku）に君の美しさの千の証明を与えます。
i think better to use "boku"
and 太陽 is better than 日光. 日光 is sounds like science lesson.
we use 太陽 for lyrics but not 日光.
if u want to say "your hair under the sunshine gives me thousands proof of your beauty" or something like that,it is very strange for japanese.
BECAUSE the japanese people NEVER say sweet thing like this.
but if u want to say, we understand the meaning, but I guess no people feel it is romantic...... unfortunately.

only male use this way. but not very formal way of saying. so better only for close friend.
私は黒い髪が好きです。
both male and female use this. for male, its polite way to saying and if you are not very close friend with her or him, u should use this way.
