Nice try.
There are some spelling errors.
otokonoshito should be otoko no HITO.
Sega shikuidesu should be sega HIKUIDESU.
Des has to be DESU. Every consonant has vowel in Japanese.
Secondly, you might want to learn about connecting two adjectives.
For example, the first sentence should be 'onna no hito wa sega takakute wakaidesu.'
From your sentences:
short and young -> sega hikukute wakai (desu)
poor and young -> binbou de wakai (desu)
Others:
tall and thin -> sega takakute yaseteimasu
tall and fat -> sega takakute futotteimasu
rich and old -> kanemochi de toshiwo totteimasu
