Describing the weather
Describe the weather for five days, and explain what different people need for that weather. Ex. Today it is raining, and it is cold. The woman needs a raincoat and an umbrella.

昨天阳光明媚，气温二十五摄氏度，我带着墨镜，因为阳光很刺眼。今天是阴天，天气还可以，我带着一把伞，因为快要下雨了。明天快要下雪了，天气很冷，所以明天我要戴帽子。
昨天太阳很大，气温是二十五度，因为阳光很刺眼，我戴上了太阳镜。今天是阴天，感觉快要下雨了，我带着一把伞出门。明天会下雪，因为会很冷，我明天出门会戴着帽子。
说的非常好， 最后一句稍微有点问题，“戴着”这个词，“着”就好比英文中的“-ing”，在这里可以理解为正在进行着或是已经完成或是过去的状态，因为是明天要发生的事情，所以可以不需要“着”，应该写成：我明天戴帽子。
有那么一点点的小瑕疵，“因为明天那么冷，我明天戴着帽子。”应该写成“因为明天很冷，我明天戴着帽子。”

句子是没有问题，但是不是很符合常理,没下雨打算不是很怪吗?
last sentence,因为……所以…….so should be 所以我明天戴帽子。by the way,戴着 means you already wore a hat,so you have to delete“着” only 戴 is correct ,means you are going to wear a hat tomorrow

No real mistake, but you can rephrase these sentences below to make them more natural：
1：“因为昨天阳光很刺眼，所以我戴着太阳镜。”（“因为”is not often used in front of “所以”, and it looks like this form: Although...but...）
2：“今天阴天，看起来(it looks)因为快要下雨了，于是(then)我带(carry)打着一把伞”（Because it is going to rian, not rainning, so you're carring the umbrella not under it）
