well done, if there is something u should improve, please try to use "又...又..." or "既...又...". It is more natural.
For exampe, 这个男孩又胖又矮 or 这个女人既年轻又富有.
try to use 并且, e.g.这个男人年级大并且很穷 Chinese people usually speak like this.
这个女人年纪小而且富有。 这个男人年纪大而且很穷。 这个男孩又胖又矮。 这个女孩又瘦又高。 你是男人。 我是女人。

( 这个女人虽然很年轻，但很富有。The woman is very young, but rich.）or
( 这个女孩年纪小，很富有。The girl is young, but rich.)
If you want to say the woman is young, you can say“这个女人很年轻"; if you want to say the girl is young, you can say" 这个女孩年纪小". In English, "young" can show "年轻" and "年纪小", but in Chinese they are a few different to show them.
这个男人年纪大，很穷。
这个男孩又矮又胖。
(The boy is short and fat.)
这个女孩又瘦又高。
你又年轻又漂亮。
（ You are young and pretty.)
我个子高， 很温柔。
（I am tall and gentle.）

don't say 和，you can use 但or而且
It is perfect for a new learner! The only flaw is that Chinese people don't use "and" in a western way. You'll get use to it with more experience.When I say, "Mari and me learn language," I use "Mari '和' me." However, when I say, "this man is old and poor," I tend to use "old '而且' poor."
