上次我和我姐姐去购物，我什么都买。她买了一些东西，一部手机，一部电脑和一个笔记本。后来她把那个手机送给了我，我很高兴，因为现在我可以用它打电话到中国了。
The garmmar of chinese is : ( time or place adverbial modifier)+ subject+verb+object

I do not know what you want to show us in the sentence"在我的上次在购物＂maybe you want to tell us that the last time you went shopping,If so ,you could say "在我上次去购物时".
"我没有买东西，因为我去了和我姐姐"There is some mistakes in grammer,Frist ,the reason why you won't buy anything can not for you went with your sister,and it is aslo not suit for the logic,as far as i am concerned,the other is that you can not consult a sentence with the logic you learn english,for they are different,just like most of the chinese who learn English will make the same mistake."you did not buy anything for you went with your sister"I agree with your sentence is you translate it into chinese with the logic you learn english .But in chinese you should say "我和我姐姐一起去的，然而我没有买动西＂＝I went shopping with my sister, however i bought nothing."
＂她送我那个手机，现在我很高兴．以为我可以达电话到中国＂I am sure that you were very happy when she gave you the phone she had bought ,right.maybe you do not need to add "现在＂in front of the "wo",you know that 现在only refer to now ok?it is not past or future.
The reason why you happy is that your sister gave you a phone ,but you use the word"以为＂The meaning of 以为 is that "you think of ",so you should say"因为"it means the reason why you happy.
