Workforces usually seek for people with good social relationships with other workers, so that they can work together well. 在中国，如果你有一个良好的个人关系与某人在较高级别的工作您想加入，那么更有可能，您可以进入就业，而在新西兰这是没有必要的。In China, if you have a good personal relationship with someone at a high rank in a job that you want to join, then it’s more likely that you’ll be able to get into that job, whereas in New Zealand, this is not necessary.
