I have added some minor corrections in the following as marked in yellow. Please think for a while before accepting my revisions. 16 个糖果 and 4 块毛巾 are gramatically correct, yet most Chinese simply do not say it that way! Also, the comma in Hanyu (Chinese) is different from that in English. Please keep that in mind at the early stage of your study!
