Good one! Just mark these comments: (i) except when preceding a vowel, "m" and "n" sound the same; (ii) except when preceding a vowel, "x" sounds like "s" - otherwise, it sounds either like "sh" (as in "xilofone") or "z" (as in "exemplo"); and (iii) the "e" in "ela" is an open vowel. Another thing, but that's Live Mocha's error. We don't ever say "ela vai estar correndo", because present continuous is not a tense in Portuguese. The correct form is "ela correrá". However, as "today" is friday, the sentence should be in the past: "ela estava correndo/o garoto estava trabalhando". Try following my audio.

Oops, made a mistake: it's not present continuous that doesn't exist in Portuguese (it does). I don't remember its name, but I was referring to the form "subject + will + infinitive + gerund", like "The doctor will be seeing you next week". The sentence "Estou indo ao dentista" (I'm going to the dentist) is perfectly correct. My bad!
