A frase é perfeitamente compreensível, mas seria melhor escrever:
Agora estou cansada e triste mas (tu) estás feliz e animado porque você (tu) tens os doces.

Agora estou cansada e triste mas você está feliz e animado porque (você) tem os doces
Very good. Some points: It's not usual using definite articles to point general things (instead of "não come as frutas ou as verduras", "não come frutas ou verduras", the same for "ele come espinafre e bebe leite" or "você tem doces")
And the correct is "... muito alto e magro em comparação à garota", even few native use the right form..

-It´s not common to use "insalubre" ( I even don´t know that this word exists, haha)
-Try to give more sense to the text, by using more vocabulary, for example:"Agora estou cansada e triste mas estás feliz e animado porque você tem os doces" (?) haha
-"O homem é grande e forte também (use "também" in the end of the sentences or following the subject, for example: O homem também é grande e forte), porque todos os dias ele come o espinafre e bebe o leite"
