Após virgula(,) não é utilizado a letra maiúscula a menos que seja nome próprio.

but this way: Vocês chame-o ao telefone agora ou Vocês chamem ele para atender seu telefone agora.

Use ponto final (.) ao invés da vírgula (,).
E a frase "vocês chamam-no para o seu telefone agora" ficaria melhor se reescrita:
"Chamem-no ao telefone agora".
