Sam: Hallo?
Keiko: Hallo. Ich rufe wegen der Wohnung an, die zu vermieten ist.
Sam: Ja?
Keiko: Wie viele Schlafzimmer hat sie?
Sam: Sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer.
Keiko: Und in welchem Stockwerk ist sie?
Sam: Sie ist im dritten Stock.
Keiko: Gut. Gibt es einen Fahrstuhl?
Sam: Nein. In dem Gebäude gibt es nur Treppen.
Keiko: Hat das Gebäude einen Parkplatz?
Sam: Ja. Es gibt eine Garage in dem Gebäude.
Keiko: OK. Wie viel kostet die Miete?
Sam: Die Miete ist siebenhundertfünfzig Dollar pro Monat.
Keiko: Wann ist sie frei?
Sam: Sie ist ab dem ersten Juli frei.
Keiko: Also, ich wohne jetzt in Kanada, aber ich ziehe vor dem ersten Juli nach Amerika um.
