If you are unsatisfied with your subscription to English 101 Plus, you can cancel the subscription at anytime. You will have access to your course until the end of your current pay period. At the end of that pay period, your course will expire and you will not be charged again.

If you are unsatisfied with your English 101 Plus course, you may request a full refund for up to 30 days after you have completed your purchase. We do not issue refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase have passed. Please contact us with any problems and we will work quickly to find a reasonable solution.
