There is only one mistake.
Мальчик третий человек, который *ест* конфету сегодня.
"Есть" - it's an indefinite form of the verb, similar to "to eat". But in english you won't use indefinite form of this verb, so the same is in russian.
Just put it in the present tense: "ест" (similar to english "eat / eats").

This lesson have a mistake. Instead of "есть" here should be "ест". But I didn't hear mistake in your speech.
You did a small changes in last sentence and this became more natural! Five stars! ;-)
One correction:
You should speak "даты и местА". Compare this phrases:
Я знаю три мЕста (чего?), где отлично готовят (about restaurants, cafe etc).
Есть местА (что?) в Сент-Луисе, которые я люблю.

Well done! I can add to the previous comments.only one small suggestion. It is about your pronouciation of the word "...второго" in the beginning of the paragraph. You said [фторова], but it is pronounced as [фтарова]. N.B.: Only Russians living in Vologda pronounce unstressed O as it written. But all others Russians pronounce unstressed О as А. ...... it just for your mental outlook
