Что бросилось в глаза: по-моему, по-русски правильно говорить ЧЕТВЕРО МУЖЧИН, а не четыре мужчины.

И, опять же по-моему (не хочется заглядывать в словарь), но правильно - тОртов, а не тортОв.

Эти замечания относятся совершенно не к Вам, Стив, но по ним Вы можете судить, насколько сложен русский язык.

С исправлениями по поводу "однО полотенце. 8 собАк" абсолютно согласна:)
