    En México tenemos una gran cantidad de platillos y todos son muy sabrosos. De mis favoritos son las enchiladas (se preparan con tortillas de maíz, chile rojo, cebolla y queso fresco) las tortillas se rellenan de queso y cebolla y se remojan en el chile rojo... mmmmmmh, son especiales. Se sirven acompañadas de trozos de papa y zanahoria. Ojalá y un día lo pueda escribir en inglés jajaja AYÚDENME SALE???
