    Very good description. Though, besides the little details Escoces has already mentioned, i'll make some redaction corrections, so your description sounds more natural. Here we go: Mi comida favoritA es la japonesA. (There is no need to repeat "comida".) Me gusta EL yakiniku, EL shabu-shabu, etc... (This asumming the genre of the words are masculine). For the next frace i'll make a change in order, though the way you wrote it it's correct too, this way it's more natural: LOS ingredientes para cocinar yakiniku y shabu-shabu son carne de vaca y de cerdo. (Here we don't use article [el] for yakiniku y shabu-shabu. I know it's confusing, but it's long to explain. That tricky is the spanish).
