What are people doing?

Instructions: Using both positive and negative characteristics, describe what six people are doing: a woman, a man, a girl, a boy, you and me. EX. I am eating food at the table. I am not sleeping in bed.

    1.- La mujer y el hombre esta comiendo. -> La mujer y el hombre están comiendo. Use "están" because it's prural. 2.-Estoy parado. -> correct! 3.-Eres durmiendo. -> "Estás durmiendo" You are -> could be "Tu eres" or "Tu estas" in this case is "Tu estas" the sentence is to denote an action "sleeping" 4.-los ninos y las ninas no estan jugando. -> Correct God Job!

    La mujer y el hombre estÁN comiendo (la mujer y el hombre ->two people ->they ---- ellos están). Estoy parado. ESTÁS (present continuous in Spanish -> verb ESTAR+ the other verb in gerund -> estás durmiendo, están jugando, estoy leyendo, está parado, ...) durmiendo. Los niños y las niñas no están jugando.
