Instructions:

In Spanish we have
Genero (gender): femenino(femenine) y masculino (masculine).
Numero(number): plural(plural), singular(singular).
And when you have a noun you need to realize what genero and numero is in order to pick the right article! ejemplo:
hombre(masculine, singular) = Un hombre, el hombre.
Mujer(feminine, singular) una mujar, la mujer.
casas(feminine, plural) Unas casas, las casas.
Carro( masculine, singular) Un carro, el carro.
