  Frédéric, same comment as last time. Keep trying to eliminate the "uh" sound when it comes up.  We do not fill space this way in English.  It is most problematic when it comes in the middle of the sentence.  For instance, "A Cuban man who leaves, uh, the United States to, uh, ..."  Best of luck with your studies and with the TOEFL!
