A unique drink in our country is beer. It is yellow and it foams when you pour it into a glass. It smells a little bit bitter. Some people like to drink beer with sparkling lemon water (Sprite). We call it Alster!

    Not bad, no grammatical error.  Just need to work on idioms.  I wouldn't consider beer to be a unique drink to Germany.  Also, instead of sparkling water, you can say soda.
