I have a good friend. Her home is not far away from my home. She doesn't need a ride to get to my home. On foot is Ok. She goes out from her home ,then goes accross the street. My home is opposite to hers.

The grammar is correct.  As to the spelling, there is only one “c” in “across.”

I have a couple of comments.  In the sentence, “Her home is not far away from my home,” I would say it in one of two ways.
    (1) Her home is not far from mine.
    (2) Her home is not far away.
In everyday speech, I think “far away” takes the place of “far from sth” so you would not have to use both together.

You could also say:    "She leaves her house and crosses the street. My home is directly opposite hers. " I think "to" would be optional here..

    Very good!
