IO sono un ufficiale di polizia. Io non sono un manager.
Don't forget: When a noun is feminine and you use the articolo indeterminativo "un", you've to use the apostrophe. So: la donna è un'infermiera. But: lei è una cantante (because the word begins with a consonant).
