Because he was born three years ago, he is not old, but young.

We often say like this:他有个很高的女朋友/他的女朋友很高。
The girl living in my neighbourhood is very beautiful and slim/thin.
那个住在我家隔壁的女孩（长得）很漂亮，也很苗条。
If I were that girl I would like to be called "slim"(苗条) because that sounds...better and health.
You are very tall, but I am not tall, I'm short.
你很高，但是我不高，我矮。
Because he was born three years ago, he is not old, but young.
因为他是三年前出生的/因为他三年前才出生，所以，他年纪不大，他年纪很小。
"因为...所以...", that makes the sentence hang together.

na ge nv hai zhu zai wo jia fu jin, hen piao liang er qie hen shou.(yi si shi ta de shen cai hen hao)
