In this sentence you can use either a conjunction to join the two sentences 'and' or you can use a semicolon between sister and she.
I have three child, two girls and a boy. They are twenty six, twenty two and twenty one
Use a hyphen with numbers twenty-two, twenty-one etc.
(Do your children speak English?)
