A woman is cooking, she isn't singing. A man is playing football, he isn't playing cards. A girl is making a call, she isn't writing. A boy is surfing the web, he isn't reading. You are sleeping the bed, you don't have breakfast. I am dancing , I am not shopping .

    Very good.

Both "you are not having breakfast" and "you are not eating breakfast" are OK.

    Here is my version:
"A woman is cooking, she isn't singing. A man is playing football, he isn't playing cards. A girl is making a call, she isn't writing. A boy is surfing the web, he isn't reading. You are sleeping on the bed, not having breakfast. I am dancing, not shopping ."
