The most popular meal in Brittany is the buckwheat's pancake. First, mix together buckwheat, water and salt and then, let this pastry to rest for a little while.
In a special frying pan, roll some pastry out. When it is glazed enough, return it (it isn't easy) and add what you want : ham, eggs, cheese, etc.... Eat it with cider.
It used to be the poor family's daily meal in Brittany but now there is everywhere lots of pancake houses which serve it and one can says it is not a really cheap lunch or dinner ...

Correction: It use to be the poor family's daily meal in Brittany, but now there are lots of pancake houses everywhere which serve it, and one can say it is not a really cheap lunch or dinner. Good work! I definitely understand what you are saying, it's only the grammatical part that needs work.

Nicely done! Most of the grammatical errors occured in the last paragraph, just as Bleaum so rightly pointed out. Interestingly, she introduced a mistake of her own: "use to be" when you actually had it correctly: "used to be" Also, it's simply "buckwheat pancake," no pocessive.

Errata: In my previous comment, I meant "possessives" not "pocessive." In addition, I think the word order should be "it is not really a..." instead of "it is not a really..." for what Maureplain is trying to say. "not really a" = pas vraiment/exactement un "not a really" = pas un très Also, consider adding the word "anymore" at the end to make it more clear and natural.

I admire that you can write so well except for those 2 or 3 tiny grammar mistakes! :)))

Your friends are excellent commenters. How do you roll out the pastry? Should it be thicker that the regular pancake pastry? I will come back will my rating when I try out the recipe.
