What are your weekly routines? Are there things you do everyday? Every week? Every other week? How often?

I used to go to the institute in the afternoon on tuesday and on thursday , but the next month I'm going to go to the institute every day by the morning.

    good job, but i think it woud be better this way -- I used to go to the institute on  Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, but next month I will be going every morning.  Or you might say, "every weekday morning", unless you will be going every day of the week.
