THE WEATHER TOO HAT SİNCE LAST TREE WEEK . I KNOW , İT WAS 41 DEGREE İN THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY.SO WE NEED DRİNK A LOT OF WATER,USE HAT OR UMRELLA FOR SUN AND IF MY THERE İSNT IMPORTANT BUSINESS .I DONT OUT FROM MY HOME

    This is how I would write this.

    The weather has been too hot for the past three weeks.  Day before yesterday it ws 41 deg. C.  We need to drink a lot of water and wear a hat or use an umbrella to cover our heads.I don't go outside except for important business.

    I agree with Terry. Also, you should not type everything in capital letters. Only the first word of every sentence needs to be a capital letter.
