Describe the professions of four people: a woman, a man, you and me. Use both positive and negative sentences. Ex. I am a student. The man is a doctor; he is not a teacher.

I have some objects on desk at my clinic. To day I have a stethoscope, Thermometer , and a Prescription Book on my desk. At this time a diary and some cash are found in my drawers.

This is gramaitically correct but seems strange and formal.
Instead, you might say
(1st sentence) 'I have some things on my desk - a stethoscope, a thermometer and a prescrption pad' Please note that there is no comma after 'and'.
(2nd sentence) 'My diary and my money are in my drawer.'
