In one of my last submissions, I talked about some of the activities tourist can do in my small city, Stevens Point. This time, I will address some other features of this city that make it stand out from others in America; if for no other reason to explain why it was ranked 8th on Relocate-America's Top 100 Best Places to Live in 2007. Although I have not participated in this three-day annual event, Stevens Point is home to the Worlds Largest Trivia Contest, which just ended today. It is hosted by University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point's (UWSP) radio station, WWSP. This event brings in 14,000 people from around the US; as well as the world. Keeping with UWSP, it has the largest environmental education faculty in the nation, and has the largest number of students majoring in environmental education -- at least as of 2003. Besides our large Polish heritage, it's our German heritage that has won Stevens Point Brewery a gold medal in the American Premium Lager category for our Point Special Lager beer.

    I think you love your hometown very much.  You told us what we would like to know about it most such as the largest environmental education faculty in the USA and the famous Lagar beer as well.
