Using both a positive and a negative attribute, describe six different people: a woman, a man, a boy, a girl, you and me. Ex. The man is not rich. He is poor.

    Excellent! Everything is correct but keep in mind that if you are a man then you will never be "vieille" (feminine) but eventually you will become "vieux" (masculine). The adjective "jeune", on the other hand, never changes in its singular form. Keep on practising!

    I agree with Neptune.  I thought I already sent you a message about that one:

    "vieux" for the masculine and "vieille" for the feminine.

    Vahid, a qualifying adjective is used to express a quality of the persons or objects to which it accords. In general, it accords in gender and in number. Here are some samples to explain ;
    "La rose est grande. Les roses sont grandes.
    Le chien est grand. Les chiens sont grands."
    There are some particularities;
    - When there are multiple singular nouns, the adjective is written in the plural form; "Une pomme et une orange juteuses".
    - When there are multiple nouns of different gender, the masculine form is used for the adjective; "Une mère et un fils avisés."
    There are other rules which must be applied for the proper use of adjectives but as a beginner student, these should give you an awareness of the relationship between adjectives and their accompanying nouns.
