-Hola, you made some mistakes, but don`t worry you have to keep practising and you`ll be better soon:
We are 3 people in my family, me and my parents. Although I don`t HAVE brothers and sisters, I have same cousins, all of them older than me.

Good spelling. In your first sentence I don't think you need to use the comma where you did. Use it when you list the members of your family.
"In my family there are 3 people, my parents and I."
....comma usage:
