This is very good.  I would offer you the following thoughts:  "My evening routine is that I go to university,  where I am taking classes to learn English.  After class,  I drive home in my car,  have my dinner-- usually at 9:30 p.m., and  then go to bed two hours later."

Timing and sequence of actions are always diffcult.  The word "after" as used in your    sentence means that first you go to bed and then you have dinner, which is not what you mean.  You could say  "Afterwards,  I go to bed."  Or "After dinner, I go to bed."

It is always easier when trying to describe a sequence of actions to break it down into more than one sentence.
