E cuidado, no gerundio não há regras com relação a terminações com y... é só adicionar o ing. ex: to study- Studying; to play- playing
When you use are walking or are studying (as in your sentences) ,it means that the action is going on (in the present).but if you imply that an action is repeated at a specific time, write used to or you can use the simple present tense as walk and study. In normal converstation (at least in the US) we use a 12 hour clock. Ex.-16 o'clock is concidered 4 o'clock. The last sentence should use "the" instead of "de" and there needs to be an "a" before the word "ball".

Your grammer is correct but you are confused between the 12 hour clock and the 24 hour clock. Generally the 24 hour clock ytime is not used except in the military or Medicine etc. So for 1600 we say 4pm and for 1910 we say 7.10pm. Otherwise well done!

While it's ok to say seven o'clock, its not ok to say sixteen o'clock. Say sixteen hours or four o'clock.
Your other times are fine.
However, if you say you WILL RUN at four o'clock, you need to say you WILL STUDY at nineteen ten.
Also remember that it is STUDYING (not studing).
